Since these are custom-printed products, Lucha Libre Apparel does not offer refunds , does not offer the right to withdraw from the purchase, nor does it offer product exchange due to poor choice of size and/or model.
Eligibility for changes
The option of exchanging the product under legal warranty will be offered in accordance with the provisions of SERNAC, unless it has been damaged by an event attributable to the consumer or client. The product will be evaluated after the case is resolved. If 6 months have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind . We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us via WhatsApp at +56 9 9565 8777 or send us an email to luchalibreapparel@gmail.com to coordinate the shipping or delivery of your item.
Only regular priced items may be refunded; SALE items cannot be refunded.
If the item in question was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
